Group Size FEES for Competitions
As you know, everyone needs Money. As a Director who hosts a show every year, the expenses become higher and higher. PROPOSAL: If you are running a show and get charged for 250 dollars for every band over 9 bands...can you combine 2 Group I Bands to = 1 Group II Band.
Example: We had 19 Bands at our show. 4 Group I's ...The size of the Bands were about 15-25 ;members. When you pay 250 per band, you are paying 1000 dollars for the 4 of them. TO SAVE the Sponsor some one, can we combine 2 - Group I's ..and charge 250 for 2 Group I Bands?
Thoughts? Our profits are going way down from these shows because of the sizes of the bands and the costs to run a show. thoughts?
